All sales of digital products are final — but if you have any technical issues, we’ll make sure you receive a working copy by re-sending or replacing the file.
This policy is in place to protect our content from misuse, piracy, and unauthorized distribution. Unlike physical products, digital items cannot be returned once accessed.

Returns & refunds (physical products)
We’re happy to replace or refund your product if it
arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. For the smoothest service,
please report any issue within 30 days of delivery.
What’s eligible
- Wrong item, misprint, or manufacturing defect
- Arrived broken/damaged in transit (photos required, same day of delivery)
What’s not eligible
- Change of mind / wrong size ordered
- Normal color variation between screens and print
- Sale items (unless faulty)
Return condition
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
- Include all tags/inserts (if any)
Who pays shipping?
