Because this item is made to order, we replace/refund if it arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged. Please report issues within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Change-of-mind returns aren’t available for custom-printed items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start production quickly. If you need a change, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best.
What if it arrives damaged?
Snap a few photos of the throw and packaging and email help@sophistipetz.com within 30 days—we’ll replace it.
Color looks different from my screen—is that normal?
Minor shifts are normal because screens emit light while prints reflect it. We color-profile for a warm, cozy finish that matches the book art.
Is this a good gift?
